Good morning. The S8 filing applies to the 30 million shares they've allocated to the board and employees. These shares were issued months ago, after the S1 financing, and After elimination of derivative debt and legacy payments. I wouldn't conclude that the current volume increase is directly the result of the S8. I'm of the opinion that the shares were filed in advance of substantial news yet to be disclosed. The investor conference had a lot of yet to be revealed announcements stated, and the Via one disclosures were quite revealing and unexpected.
