Interesting that on the S8 registration, the shares filed and subsequently owned thereafter are flat, except for upper board or directors. That the majority lesser holders filed all shares as well, indicates a movement in finality or substantial value as to completion. It suggests to me a RM or buyout. Just my take Fwiw. Glta
