If there was ever any indication that the company is planning on doing more than being a shell, there is potential.
The notion that anyone would spend $3000 on a shell is absurd. Never happened, most likely never will.
I can't remember if I bought in the .01-.03 range or .001-.003 range type of transaction. But they did a 5000 to 1 RS that killed the price completely. Even if you buy the stock at a buck, former investors will be hard pressed to get their initial investment back.
Realistically, I would expect a 4x improvement on a clean shell such as this - once someone actually decides to make a move on it. Any more short term is... well... crap.
