Agreed, they are restricting production, they know oil is becoming an old industry. Just like many industries that once dominated the economy. But what I can do with a gallon of gas and what I can do with 5.00 dollars, think about it. Oil has been a problem for decades, it's time to switch this energy off and embrace others.
