Interesting response from George about the name American Blockchain Inc still being on the OTC PROFILE after he let the reserved name expire.

go ahead. Unfortunately, I have no control over what OTC Markets does. Tell them.

Are you implying Mr. Sharp, that OTCM itself decided, without your approval, to declare within the GVSI company description that GVSI intends to be renamed to “American Blockchain, Inc.”? Or are you saying that you no longer have access to the OTCM webpage for GVSI?


George:
OTCM now charges $3K a year to change company profiles for those that are not paying for $OTCIQ. That is a money grab and we won't pay it.

Well unless you have another solution in mind, you are going to have to change it as you cannot use the American Blockchain, Inc. name any longer. You are the owner of the company in question, not OTCM. Your delinquency with the OTC is not a satisfactory justification.
