You should have taken options like all the other insiders who raped shareholders.
I`ve never seen executive compensations from a company that can only raise money through death spiral financing be awarded to a few insiders that have done 0 to enhance shareholder value.
Reading these sec filings i don`t know how anyone can condone this blatant thievery of public money.
Has anyone questioned how 75 million dollars can be raised and only a few hundred thousand went toward r&d since company evolved into a tech company?
