In my point of view it is necessary for both parties to find a suitable solution as tge deal has massiv impact to their business... For sysx at most because of tge debts... I doubt sysx nor ost have an interest to delay things much more... Find decisions, move on... Anyway how the decisions may be... Even more in case we are heading towards an acquisition...

We should see a decision within days or weeks...
