It's not a joke at all despite the attempts to cast it as one. The EPA is the one that created the list. The CDC is talking about it. Multiple other disinfectant companies are also putting out similar statements to what PCTL has done, simply notifying the public that their product has been deemed effective by the regulatory authorities.
