Interesting indeed!

Think this shores up Emil's voting majority in VP. Issues 475000 preferred non-convertable stock with 1550 votes per share (736,250,000 votes), I think. So, it looks like Emil is in place to take a deal. I wonder what the boards price target is?

IMO, if the board is tired and just want to cash in quick, I wouldn't take anything under $2B. BUT, I think they could get much more, at least $5B. Especially after venue and WACO is rolling into claims construction.
