A Kong is a shareholder who owns more than 1M shares.
In the event of a reverse split, if the number of shares drops you below 1M shares, then you become a Kong Jr. But you would actually have to own at least 1M shares first to be considered a Kong Jr. I hope the R/S is truly dead and that the Kongs remain Kongs and that we see organic growth in the pps that makes a bunch of us millionaires. If they would get some spidersilk made and get some sales revenue it might be happy days. Might. Who knows.
