No fraud found? Well something is going on with that S1 that the SEC does not like. They pulled the BLOCK ETX. Thought that would do the trick. Nope - they just filed their 5 th amended version. But the truth will come out eventually - it always does.

Just like they didn’t make it obvious who was behind that BRIGHTON NOTE and it turned out to be partially owned by his family members.

There’s questionable stuff there - just gotta know where to look!
