Peter Thiel is not involved with SYSX! He is on the Ostendo BOD. Right now, according to SYSX filings the only possible connection is the sale of assets to Ostendo.

That assumes that all the conditions will satisfied by December 16th! Without any updates from the crackerjack CEO, everything, including the above statement and non-stop pumps are all SPECULATION!
