We will have to disagree on the use of “small” and “controlled and responsible usage” but rhetoric is common in ECSL discussion.

There can be no argument that on a per share basis we each own less of the company than we did a year ago. And with very little or nothing to show for it.

The additional shares are the only currency the company has and selling them at discounted rates to raise cash is the only move in the playbook.

When will we cross 100M shares issued?

A company that continually fails to execute, is deceptive in communication, and has no assets (tangible or intangible) just continuing to sell of pieces of our company in the hopes of hitting a grand slam.

Constantly swinging for the fences is one of Mills’s biggest weaknesses when he could be racking up stats with singles, doubles, and triples.

Hopefully we do see $2 next month let alone $20.
