First of all I think your confusion is between IDN/IST and Fox.

Of course SNPW would start getting Distributors set up in advance seems like they likely thing to do since they have a signed agreement with Fox and they know when that product will become available so on SNPW is doing what is allowed for them to do but putting a Corporate Identity on something from a Fortune 500 Company before they release product or Fox putting SNPW name on there website before they have signed off on ever dot crossed ever T that will allow them to sell it in the US that’s a while different ball game your talking about, you make it sound simple but it’s not

I have dealt with a few big name companies such as Mercedes-Benz Germany, Mercedes-Benz USA and BMW and just like Fox they will not allow you to put your name on any new product until it has passed all certification requirements and the Attornys have double checked everything and it’s good to go, if you promote it before then they will pull your Franchise.

It’s ok to lay the foundation as you say but you have to have the house plans before you do, otherwise your screwed from the get go.

So let’s make sure we comparing apples to apple here.
