That’s pretty much the makeup of the retail shareholders here. They are the marks for insider enrichment pump and dump schemes. The ones that believe they will be overnight millionaires.
The OTC would be dead without hard core BELIEVERS like that. Who would promoters prey on then?
Why do you think the SEC was being aggressive shutting down the OTC market with shell expel and demanding better transparency. Because fraudsters can be pretty damn convincing.
