I didn't know there was a sell only restriction on Ameritrade.
Then, how would anyone be able to buy 100-200? What broker would allow buying?

Maybe that explains why this stock has slowly been sinking. Are they not filing the proper reports to the SEC to maintain the status on Pink sheets to allow open trading? Thanks
