Yelling SCAM! in a crowded chat room is in no way comparable to yelling FIRE! in a crowded theater. No one can get hurt stampeding to the "sell" button. In fact, selling at any time over the past 8 years probably was in the best interests of the folks in the room.

No one can deny that there have been unmistakeable wisps of "scam smoke" emanating from Rim for 8 years or longer. And, where there is scam smoke there is usually a scam. I have yet to see any confirmable evidence to the contrary.
