As you can see--surely know; the very things that were "spun" about 13D takeover:
They will remove nodder(don't switch horses middle of stream)--OMG--guess what, he gone
They will put the IP up for funding for trials--OMG--guess what the IP is on pawn for a issue that will yield zero and get no closer to trial funding but will drag on for years to avoid the fraud allegations becoming public/discovery
These people do not care about any of the trials or BLA or progress to date--OMG--there are no trials being run, there is no BLA submitted. Did get some clinical holds and data into legal quagmire though.
They only want to have a longhauler trial because Bruce thinks that is the easiest path to approval and revenue --OMG--there is STILL no III longhauler trial --there is no path to approval/revenue and now the big plan is another mouse study for breast cancer and the longest, drawn out, lets spend years and millions $$ with a NASH trial which there is no funding for,there is no trial to submit and no partners. But hang some posters in a lobby and watch the nodderettes talk about approvals and buyouts. NEWSFLASH--the FDA "meta analysis" spouted by nodder/kelly does not mean FDA will read a poster in a covention center and grant approval.
