But I asked this question:

Can you cite an example of a "False or misleading statement" made by George that was "intended to increase market share price"?

See the difference? Indeed, how do you know he wasn't simply giving us UPDATES, to the best of his knowledge at the time, and which had absolutely nothing to do with him wanting to "increase market share price" at all?

Hell, it's almost like damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. If he gives us an update (which I like to get!) and it turns out crappy he can be accused of tweeting "False or misleading statements" (and/or of PUMPING)! Geeezzzzz, no wonder he might be reluctant to give us updates now.

Frankly, I think GS simply gave us information he thought was correct at the time, mere UPDATES, and they had nothing to do with him wanting to "increase market share price".

Just pisses me off he hasn't given us MORE such updates.
