Alan gets gold star today for the DD. Now go a little further with SIPC partner WDRP and the "winding down" of previous products for, do not laugh too hard, NFT's. Most of the schemes are headed to crypto crap or back to scam mining BS.

The Company will begin winding down its previous businesses and shift its focus and resources towards the new direction.

Maybe look at other partners that simply put out PRs that failed to dump shares. Hmmm is that a big pattern here?
