You ignore advertising and marketing? How do you manage that? A lot of it is about subliminal messaging which, by definition, can't be ignored.

Whether it's immoral / unethical, as you charge, is the stuff of a more serious debate. Throwing lawyers into the mix is just weird, have you just lumped all of the sorts of professions you don't like into one bag?
