I emailed Nick again today and got a response.

It was not the response I wanted, max the RS 100 to1, but it is one I can appreciated.

He will do his best to not need the RS.

He succeeded once to cancel it, I believe he will succeed again, or at the very least try his best to cancel it and in penny land can you really ask for anything else from your CEO?

You have to admire an individual that with so little (insolvent company) has accomplished so much in such a short period of time.

- has reduced shareholder liability by OVER EIGHT MILLION DOLLARS

- has a Medical waste facility that based on the Final Review f the RI-DEM was intended to be approved until political opposition passed an illegal targeting law.

- has sold a medical waste to energy franchise for a profit participation agreement.

- has been given the Master Distributorship of a Fortune 500 subsidiary FoxEss for North America, South America and Australia

- has established a relationship with REEAU where REEAU is selling SNPW solar panels and directing their customers to SNPW to buy FoxEss products.

- has signed an agreement to build a solar panel manufacturing facility in the US to produce IST solar panels under the SNPW brand.

- has gotten 5 patents approved for non glass solar panels and the manufacturing process to make them

- has gotten a 17 million dollar tax free RI bond approved. for the Medrecycler-RI project

- has agreement to build a partnered solar farm in Durango Mexico

- has an agreement to provide feed stock to waste to energy facilities in Australia.

Since Nick has shown us what he can ACCOMPLISHED while his company is insolvent, It is very believable he will be able to cancel the RS once revenues start coming in from FoxEss sales and sales of SNPW brand solar panels.
