In discussing a possible RS, you state the following:

as long as they only plan to go that route for uplisting and not for funding some new venture.

Hmmm.

So RS for up listing is good, but RS for funding some new venture is bad??

IF SNPW does do an RS, which path do YOU expect them to take??
