what is happening here at Vapr is a correction from the recent move, but it is over done and oversold, due for a rally, but it is not doing or rallying due to lack of volume or buyers waiting to jump in?. when the volume picks up the pps will move fast... it is a low float, low A/S, O/S stock and it will fly like rocket!! but patience is needed!.
