I have saw it many, many times scooping up those cheapies 5%, 19%, 20% down. Look at the chart, horrible. All those scooping up the ever cheaper cheapies sell supposedly when the dog sees a 2 penny pop. Ask yourself if this dog was worth so much, why would anyone sell all those cheapies
