There is no manipulation. This is a dead ticker because the companies revenues has decreased non-stop for years, they have no large contracts on the horizon so as far as investors can tell revenue is going to continue to drop, and the company keeps shoving more shares onto the market. All that equals continual drop in share price. Yes, I can just not read your posts, but outside of the insistence there is a conspiracy of manipulation to hold down the company there are informative. Its like having to listen to someone repeatedly claim the earth is flat. If/when we get good news and the price doesn't rise in response that would be the time to make those claims.
