Broken down into its most basic form it really is as simple as Bigger buying out all the noteholders, the maxed out share structure, Bigger not being able to sell any of his $4M worth of notes, Bigger agreeing to no conversions of their senior CD's as part of the Ostendo closing terms, and the oncoming explosive Ostendo value being officially injected onto the SYSX fully audited books right buddy!

Everything else is totally irrelevant noise...as Bigger would never in a million years lock up over +$5M in direct investment monies with ZERO ability to deposit or sell for an absolute minimum 90+ calendar days post Ostendo closing if he didn't already know that something tremendous & HUMUNGOUS was coming here now through EOY:)
