The Artist Republic deal is inked and the deal is not friendly to shareholders. Remember, the CEO isn’t the only person owed for Artist Republic. They had investor(s). These deals are always structured in a way to guarantee repayment. They will stay current no matter how ugly the financials because if this ticker goes dark, the insiders don’t get paid.
