Okay, so almost FOUR MONTHS AGO,GS tweeted this:
George Sharp @GeorgeASharp $GVSI update, new hurdle I am jumping through is that previous mgmt issued Pref "A" stock without designating it with Nevada SOS, i.e. conversion/voting rate, etc. SEC is a stickler on this. Just wondering if he might have had to do something prior to his petitioning the court and that is the cause of the delay. Hell, the delay has to be caused by something.
