They have to fund operations and the net doesn’t cover burn. They have to dilute and it will happen here at .0003 or at .03 after a huge reverse split. Remember, the old CEO and investors of Artist Republik get to maintain 20-25%’ish of the OS and sell into the market to recoup what they transferred to FDBL in asset. The developers are also making money here because most of the money goes to insiders for maintaining and marketing this experiment. The Directors won’t NOT get payed also. They are too important and without, the plan unravels. If the market stops buying shares down here, we will see .0001 imo. If the company is forced to release large blocks at .0001, the AS will need to be increased and the OS will explode. Simple economics and finding. The pps is dropping faster than the company can cover the burn. I believe they will have to reverse split in the short term. jMHO
