After all the mail-in ballots are eventually counted, and recounted, whoever wins this primary will publicly accept the legitimacy of the count, and say nothing about mail-in votes.

But, when he loses in the general election, he'll be claiming the election was rigged and mail-in ballots should not have been counted.
