$.019 WHAT??? Where does this come from? EMIL GAVE BACK HIS 600MILLION+++ SHARES TO VPLM TREASURY(VPLM HOLDERS/THE OPPOSITE OF DILUTION) , ALONG WITH $300K SALARY AND TOOK WARRANTS PRICED AT $.021/SHARE IN PLACE OF THE SHARES!!! He did this to give back to shareholders, although he was under ZERO obligation to do so...
