Apparently you don't understand the capital markets. My advice would be listed stocks vs the OTC.

Apparently you also don't get Dr Donovan drove SPIN into the ground making it worthless. Not Bitech. Bitech brings the new business and amy and all the potential value and only reason new SPIN mgmt owns all the shares was because Bitech owners own the company and didn't have outside investors.

The big share count is really irrelevant. Bitech owns 96% of the company. You own diddly. Again thank Dr Donovan for that as mgmt agreed to the deal and had the shares to do it. Don't forget you as a SPIN shareholder have a CEO who is dedicated to his company's success and have a chance to make some money back vs owning a shell company.

Gee I sound like I'm defending Bitech. Fact is any anger at SPIN should be directed at Dr Donovan and cronies plain and simple ... and including the pied piper of SPIN who suckered alot of people.
