Pretty much no chance.... "Circles MVNE Pte. Ltd. ("Circles") has combined with Channel Ventures Group, LLC ("CVG") to execute a stalking horse asset purchase agreement for substantially all of the assets of the Company."

All a stalking horse bidder is---is someone who makes the first low bid. Successive bids, if there are any, must be higher.

Circles and CVG are bidding for ALL the assets in exchange for the money Pareteum owes them. There will be nothing left for bagholders (shareholders). After that, look for Chapter 7.
