Which lawyer? Leinwand? That did opinion letters on all three of those CE stocks?

These stocks all have sketchy pasts - not so sure the SEC will get involved if they catch wind of these cases.
Sounds like paid promos were also an issue - another reason a company can have a CE slapped on.
