QNTA_a_CON: NT_10-Q aka_LATE_FILER_AGAIN_AS_I_SAID_THEY_WOULD !!

Thank you Dragon Lady for the most substantial review of the conference call. This expensive trip undoubtedly is taking place on shareholder dime. If Mikaelian is focusing on research it begs the question of how this benefits and furthers revenues, If Farmastevsik is moving product for Quanta, why has it not shown up in revenues?

It is disturbing that the lack of questions of this nature are lacking from shareholders who need to protect their investment. Where is the concern?

This trip offhand seems extravagantly expensive with the massive dilution than has occurred this year. Who is looking out for shareholders? How does this trip benefit sharteholdrs?

I agree - totally.

You think he's flying coach or first class on these junkets "home" to mother Russia- and is staying in a hostel or a Holiday Inn or is it .....ALL "5-star and fine wines and fine dining all the way baby"... LOL ??? I know what I think !!

Moreover, see my prior post from last week - these BRILLIANT jokers (Grant the VP kid and CEO's son "ran"' the call via controlling all ZOOM call activities) and daddy CEO literally read from a script on every word he said - you can follow his eyes reading the script and him trying to pause and read the words correctly like a tele-prompter politician idiot !! -

Well, as I stated they LEFT HIS COMPUTER SCREEN "OPEN" and live - and right on his damn computer were all his most recent open files, file tree structures, key folders etc.

First one I noticed was "MS WORD docx file NT 10-Q" aka DOCUMENT PRE-WRITTEN THAT WE WILL FILE LATE - as they do every damn damn time.

"THE SEC" clearly states that the provision to use a NT FILING "excuse" is meant for extraordinary circumstances and ONLY should be used on rare events - they DO NOT intend it to be a GET OUT OF JAIL LAZY ASS JUST FILE LATE EVERY SINGLE TIME AS WE DON'T HAVE OUR SHIT TOGETHER AS A BUSINESS excuse card = QNTA-a-CON !!

THAT CEO KNEW with 100% FULL CLARITY - he was going to FILE LATE and JUMP A PLAIN TO MOTHER RUSSIA THE NEXT DAY ALL AS HE BLEW SUNSHINE UP THE BUTTS OF "SHAREHOLDERS-BAGHOLDERS" to "PLEASE PLEASE HOLD AND KEEP BUYING OUR DILUTION SHARES" -

The CEO Mooochellian KNEW ON THAT CALL and WROTE THE LATE FILING NOTICE PRIOR TO THE CALL - BUT DID NOT TELL ANYONE, "And one more update is we will be submitting our quarterly filings LATE LATE LATE as always" blah blah !!!

NO EXCUSE - it was a "read a script" bamboozle-fest of a joke and and the dumbshit CEO reading his punk kid Grant the BS "VICE PRESIDENT" and only other "company officer" aka "Board member" =

Pure smoke-n-mirrors teleprompter reading CEO who needs to "read a script" to tell people what the hell HIS company is supposedly doing - he even tossed out the utter fool's carrot "AND UP-LIST TO THE NASDAQ" over the rainbow-

NASDAQ = a JOKE in the same sentence as a .003 per share POS con job about to LATE FILE AGAIN = comedy clown call was their joke of a "Shareholder-bagholder bait the penny marks again" - all regurg BS from one yr ago with new spin-cycle settings on the regurg machine pre-written script !!

IF anyone is wondering where the hell the CEO IS - he's in damn Kazakhstan aka RUSSIA for all intents and purposes - ON THE DAY THEIR DAMN SEC FILINGS ARE LATE LATE LATE once again !!!
