Simultaneous with Warp Speed, which of course ANY president would have signed off on, Trump downplayed the virus and undermined, scoffed at, mitigation measures.

He was a junk scientist pushing disinfectants and light so, no, there's no reason to believe he'd have gotten behind the Covid vax rollout.

Stop projecting your obvious slowness on others.
