I do not use Twitter someone who does can ask him on the Twitter board but you are correct. He bought most of the SYSX debt directly from the company it looks like. He may still own all of these shares as it is a 13G filing.

Sorry but you guys are reading it wrong ! Please read. It will take Bigger to come out and announce this for clarification.
