100% agree with you. My opinion is a reverse potential has very little to do with establishing a higher price. I think it has a lot to do with modifying the share structure whereby potentially creating just under 1 billion shares for future issuance as needed.
A 1000 reverse would create roughly 999m post split shares for future issuance as may be needed. Current holders would own roughly 975,000 shares post split.
A 100 reverse would create roughly 990m shares post split for future issuance as may be needed. Current owners would own roughly 9,750,000 post split.
Further, if the shorts are shorting at the current price, I believe they would be further attracted to a higher price post split.
The above are the reasons why I am so against any reverse. And why I would like to see the 14c cancelled.
