While I'm not serious about the A10s, apparently many Ukrainian pilots can handle an F16 and or unaffiliated pilots.

I couldn't best guess the logistical difficulties, but if they're willing to support helicopters which I believe requires far more ground support then-- in for a penny in for a pound?

My military experience is limited to BlackOps Xbox =)
