While everyone goes back and forth as to reverse and historical numbers, I'm going to contact the company (Nick) and ask if they need direct investment to build solar manufacturing and see if I can invest directly into that project for possible equity. Maybe if they have enough investors a reverse would be off the table. IMO
Real Opportunity here if they allow it maybe even suggest a private placement and instead of equity I would consider a profit sharing option. If they generate 400M in sales per year I would be happy with a piece. GLTA
