NOPE... Lawsuit dismissed WITH prejudice.. certainly not in HPIL/Brown's "favor"..

Maybe he will file another FLUFFY lawsuit .... what fun.

When a court dismisses an action, they can either do so “with prejudice” or “without prejudice.” Dismissal with prejudice means that the plaintiff cannot refile the same claim again in that court.

WHEN a lawsuit is DISMISSED, with or without prejudice,IT IS OVER..

.... no "favor"... just over.

Except when it is WITH PREJUDICE.. it's not good for the plaintiff (that would be HPIL/Brown)

If not, they won't file another one for him, that's for sure. They will probably file a lawsuit against him to get paid... OOPS.
