Proceedings in the Collins case in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas have been transferred from Judge Atlas to the Honorable Keith P. Ellison. Judge Ellison caused a notice to be docketed yesterday encouraging the parties to participate in a status conference Thursday afternoon. A copy of that notice is attached to this e-mail message.
