Right, also the new processing facilities are years out. Couple of those on my list are Lynas and ILKAF which are Australian and who knows US?, only have little bit of TMRC atm.
Good thing for China to do all our dirty work for us, and sell back to us these nice green non polluting products we can't live without (or possibly produce in this country).
