Co. is missing having filed and posted, it's 2021 annual report;
which in essence, would need an updated attorney letter, pertaining to it.
Annuals are supposed to be filed within 90 days of it's fiscal year end.
Obviously, an additional month has past without it being filed and posted.
IMO: 50/50, that the Co. comes thru with the posting of it's annual, Q1, which is close to being due; and an updated attorney letter. Hope the Co. does; and hope they are transparent as to why they haven't filed anything since last November (Q3).
