I'm not buying that miners are going away.. the US is moving to more hydro, wind etc.... and new miners are popping up every where. BTC will always require mining..the company does have access to a few thousand machines and has the $$$ to boot.. the CEO just needs to execute... Thanks for your opinion though lol
