Well, Trump did sleep with Hitler's speeches. Donald Trump's ex-wife once said he kept a book of Hitler's speeches by his bed

"10 Ways That Trump Is Like Hitler"

And it has been well reported that Trump has the extreme narcissist profile, so it should not be surprising to
anyone that in taking over the Republican Party Trump acted much as Hitler did in taking over the Nazi party.

Yep. Why should anyone be surprised, after all,
Every day Trump proves the sociopath and narcissist diagnosis so many experts in the field have
published on him. With every denial of accountability he serves up further indisputable proof

"“Much like how Hitler took over the Nazi party, Trump has taken over the Republican Party,” Johnson said.

At another point, Johnson said, “Hitler was accepting of violence towards the achievement of political objectives. Trump encouraged violence against protesters at his rallies.”

Prominent psychiatrists and other mental-health specialists have made similar observations.

“Trump is not Adolph Hitler, but shares many of Hitler’s disorders, addiction to lies, and appeal to wounded followers through the dehumanization of target groups,” Jeffrey D. Sachs, PhD, wrote in the forward to the second edition of The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump, in which more than three dozen psychiatrists and other mental-health experts assess the current incumbent.

Some Trump supporters have opposed comparisons of Trump to Hitler in this sense, as put by Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz: “To compare the American political system to anything that happened in the Holocaust is just outrageous.”

Dershowitz is correct, but that is not the comparison being made in this column. Here, we compare strategies used by Hitler and his henchmen in cementing his dictatorship and leading the world into war.
"

All the comparisons of Hitler and Trump look fair to them both. All have been
well documented during Trumps political period. (Headings only from yours here.)

Anti-intellectualism and opposition to science
Portray minorities as a threat
Encourage violence
Encourage divisiveness and chaos in society
Invoke emergency powers
Create a non-existent “problem” and then offer a solution
Encourage the idea of a culture war
Lie constantly
Deceive your supporters
Attack the judiciary.

Of course someone could cherry-pick to find little ways by which each of the above could be said about Obama
or Biden too, but too many have seen and said that Trump fits the bill in a way no other American president has.

Trump made his bed now should be made to sleep in it.

It was Plato who said, “He, O men, is the wisest, who like Socrates, knows that his wisdom is in truth worth nothing”
