Right - its means we are on automatic pilot to a July trial. A last minute change would inconvenience a lot of folks.
I had mentioned before that its expected to last a long time and if it is a jury trial, the jury will consist of a lot of folks who don't want to be there and whose eyes will gloss over after the first 3 days. Is this good for us? Again, I am concerned about the Government whipping out the old, well know narrative of riding to the rescue and the greedy hedge funds. This is the mindset that any juror who has read the paper in the last 14 years and has an IQ over that of a doorknob may come into the room with. A tough burden to overcome - so we will see.
