Did not get much help on stock twit so I'll try here. Liquidating a Dead Horse tomorrow and looking for New opportunities. Trying to get a little more clarification on how the companies are related. Is NUGN Now a subsidiary for Livinto?
Or, Is this going to be a reverse merger for them to become one company??
If it is a subsidiary, Does anybody know what type of assets or value will be assigned to the company? Or is there any projected revenue for this new entity.
If this is intended to be merged into one, Does anybody have any valuations for the parent?
