The closing bid price of our Common Stock on the OTCQB was below $0.01 on April 22, 2022. The OTCQB requires that companies maintain a stock price of at least $0.01 to remain eligible for quotation on the OTCQB. We are currently under this threshold. The Reverse Split will help us to maintain a bid price above $0.01 per share to remain on the OTCQB and to better facilitate our ability to attract investment and business opportunities.

Translation: ABQQ sucks. And, here's the best part, ABQQ is going to get kickoff the QB anyway. They have 3 late 10-K/10-Q filings in the last 2 years. What a bunch of f'ing idiots.
